Musings on Truth, Falsehood, Cormac's Cup and the coming Equinox

With the ongoing COVID-19 situation, and the level of confusion and misinformation online, my thoughts turned to Cormac mac Airt’s Cup of Truth, a wondrous gift from Manannán which could discern truth from falsehood. I found myself wishing we could somehow build a Cormac’s Cup app into social media.

In this current blog, I reflect on the importance of honour, integrity, and truth for those of us walking the path of the Ancestors…musings which lead me into a condensed re-telling of Cormac mac Airt, The Silver Branch, his journey to the Land of Promise with all its wonders and, at its heart, the Well of Segais, with its five streams of wisdom; and the gift of the Cup of Truth.
